Construction & Landscaping Restrictions: No construction work is permitted from December 24, 2025, through January 1, 2026. However, landscaping will be permitted on December 24 and December 31, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and will be limited to quiet lawn maintenance only. - Mandel Recreation Center: CLOSED
- Marina: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Public beaches will be guarded daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
