A police report may be obtained online using the Town's records request portal or from the Town of Palm Beach Police Department Records Unit located in the lobby of the Police Department, 345 South County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480. This service is provided Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. You can also call ahead of time at (561) 838-5480. Please have your case number available.

Our address is 345 S. County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480. We are located between Royal Palm Way and Worth Avenue across the street from the Palm Beach Town Hall.
