How can I Dispute a Parking Ticket
If you believe a Parking Ticket was issued in error you may download an Appeal Form* (below) and return it for review. The Palm Beach Police Department will only rescind tickets which were issued in error. Electing to appeal a Parking Citation will not waive late fees which accrue 7 calendar days after issuance. If the citation is not rescinded, ALL late fees will apply.

*This appeal is not a plea or request for a Court Appearance. In order to hear you case before a Magistrate and “Not Guilty” you must notify the court in person or in writing:

The County Courthouse
Clerk of the Circuit Court
P.O. Box 3544
West Palm Beach, FL 33402-3544
Phone (561) 355-2994

You will need to provide the court with your Name, Address, and a copy of the citation. The Court will notify you of the court date.
