Town of Palm Beach included in Sun Sentinel’s 2025 Top Workplaces
The Town of Palm Beach has earned recognition in the 11th edition of the Sun Sentinel’s Top Workplaces program. The results of the Town’s annual employee engagement survey outperformed other regional employers, resulting in the Town winning this Top Workplaces award in the midsize employer group for the second consecutive year. The Town was the only municipality to receive this award, with the other winners primarily from the private sector.
The Top Workplaces Award is an annual national and regional employer recognition program based on employee feedback results captured by the Energage Workplace Survey, a research-backed survey driven by benchmarks developed with data from millions of employees at tens of thousands of organizations over the past 18 years. The Town’s employee engagement survey is invaluable in helping the Town examine, assess, analyze, pivot and establish a world-class culture that harnesses the full talent of its employees and drives excellence, innovation and success.
