Lien/Title Request
Request should be made on company letterhead and include the following information:
- Seller’s name
- Physical property address
- Legal description with property identification number
- Email address to send the response to
Fees
$100 fee per property identification number for a 3-5 business day turn around. Effective May 10, 2022 (Resolution 054-2022)
$200 fee per property identification number for a 24 hour turn around - excluding non business days. Effective May 10, 2022 (Resolution 054-2022)
