How to Submit a Public Comment
The public is welcome to comment in-person at all public meetings.
Written and virtual public comments are also accepted for meetings of the Town Council, Architectural Commission, Landmarks Preservation Commission, and Planning & Zoning Commission.

You would like to submit a comment for 00:19: If the agenda for the meeting has been published, it will be available here. 00:24: Locate the comments section of the agenda. 00:27: Click submit a written comment. 00:29: This will take you to the public comment, submission form. 00:33: Please note that all public comment submissions will become part of the public record and 00:38: must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to give the meeting participants time 00:42: to review them. Comments submitted after this, time will be incorporated 00:46: into the record after the meeting. 00:49: To begin your submission, select the month of the meeting, you are commenting on. 00:54: Select the agenda item. You would like to comment on if your comment is not on 00:58: an existing agenda item, select other 01:02: Type your comment into the box. Please note that this box does not have a 01:06: word limit. 01:08: Specify your position on the item. You are commenting on. 01:12: Fill in your first and last name and address. 01:14: Just as with in-person comments, this information is required. 01:19: If you have any photos or documents that you would like to submit with your comment, attached 01:23: them by clicking, the plus sign here, 01:26: Check the I'm not a robot box. 01:29: When your comment is complete submit the form. 01:32: Once you have submitted your comments successfully, you will receive a confirmation notice. 01:38: If you would like to save a copy of your comment for your own records, click download PDF. 01:44: Thank you for watching. Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under agenda sections entitled 'Comments - Public' and 'Public Hearings', subject to a three-minute limit. The public can also speak on any item listed on the agenda, including the consent agenda, at the time the agenda item comes up for discussion. As a public business meeting, the meeting Chair retains the right to limit discussion on any issue.
Citizens desiring to speak should proceed toward the public microphones when the applicable agenda item is being considered. Comments must be preceded by your name and address for the record.
