The public beach is open from sunrise to sundown. The Town of Palm Beach lifeguards are on duty from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.

No person shall drink intoxicating beverages upon the public beaches within the town. This provision shall not apply to private property owners or their authorized guests while on their respective private properties. Please see Sec. 74-193 in the Code of Ordinance.
