  • Any one of the following listing a valid Town of Palm Beach address may be submitted for proof of residency: unexpired State of Florida Driver's License, Voter's Registration card, current ad valorem Property Tax receipt, deed or other official document listing ownership of property or a 6 month or more lease agreement for residential property on the island, any utility bill listing the name and residential TOPB address, mail from a credit card company, bank or other financial institution which lists the name and residential TOPB address, or an unexpired TOPB employee identification card.

  • All Recreation program refund requests are subject to a $15 processing fee, are prorated, and no refunds will be issued after the second meeting of any activity. A $10 fee will be assessed for all transfers, and no transfers will be issued after the second meeting of any activity.  All basketball and pickleball reservations must be cancelled at least 24-hours in advance in order to receive a refund or credit to future use.  Exceptions will be made for medical reasons pending a doctor's note is provided.

  • No, using Annie's Dock at Sea Isle State Park to pick up passengers is not allowed without specific authorization.

    Docks in state parks like Sea Isle are generally restricted to official ferry services, loading/unloading for permitted activities (e.g., authorized park ferries), or emergencies; private passenger pickups are prohibited to protect sensitive coastal ecosystems and ensure public safety.
