[ARCHIVED] Parking Regulation Changes on North County Road & Bradley Place

Palm Beach, Florida homepage

The Palm Beach Town Council recently approved converting 83 unregulated parking spaces on North County Road and Bradley Place to free 2-hour time limited parking. Council also approved the implementation of placard permit parking in these spaces. These changes will take effect on July 1, 2019.  Parking placards are available to the public for those requiring extended parking. Placards are issued for periods of either 1, 4, 6 or 12 consecutive months at the rates below.

  • $95.00 for 1 month
  • $320.00 for 4 months
  • $450.00 for 6 months
  • $840 for 12 months

Employers, employees of area businesses, residents, visitors, guests of area residents, and anyone else can purchase parking placards. However, the placard parking program is operated on a first-come, first-served basis and is good only for the defined area for which it is purchased. There are a limited number of placards that can be issued at one time. Depending on the location, there may be a waiting list. The placard permit, which is either placed on the dashboard or hung from the rearview mirror, does not guarantee a parking space. However, the placard parking permit allows vehicles to park for an unlimited amount of time. The placard parking permit is only valid for the parking permit area purchased.

To obtain a placard parking permit, please visit the Finance Department in Town Hall, 360 S. County Road or call 561-835-4628 for more information.
