[ARCHIVED] Phase 5 Undergrounding of Utilities Design - FPL Meter Locates

Palm Beach, Florida homepage

The Town of Palm Beach has initiated design for Phase 5 of the Undergrounding Utilities project. Phase 5 is divided into two sub-phases: Phase 5 North consists of properties between Country Club Road south to Southland RoadPhase 5 South consists of properties between Royal Palm Way & Seaspray, Cocoanut Row north to Seaspray.

It is important to the design effort to know the location of your electric meter on your home or business. The Town of Palm Beach will be sending project-engineering representatives to document the location of your electric meter. The reviews are scheduled to be performed between March 11 and April 19, 2019. The activity will be brief and non-intrusive. No excavation, disturbances to landscape or hardscape are performed and you are not required to be present during the review.

Additionally, we are requesting property owners in Phase 5 provide Town staff with contact information permitting us to deliver project updates via email and discuss utility placements, if necessary, with you or your authorized designee. Please send an email to underground@townofpalmbeach.com or call 561-227-7077 to provide your address and contact information.

If you have any questions, please send them to the contact information listed above.
