Effective for the February 13, 2018, Town Council meeting agendas and supporting back-up materials for council meetings will be available via a new “Online Agenda” viewing format on the Town’s website.
The Online Agenda format will contain clickable hyperlinks for all agenda items, which will provide quick and easy access to the back-up materials. Click here to see a sample section of a hyperlinked agenda. The public will no longer have to download a voluminous PDF and scroll through the entire meeting document to find the agenda item they are interested in seeing, but this option will remain available.
Council meeting agendas are published by 3:30 p.m. on the Wednesday before the Town Council meetings and will be accessible online at that time. The agendas for the February Council meeting will be published on February 7. In an effort to provide back-up material as early as possible, staff will include information via hyperlinks for all finalized agenda items when the agenda is published on Wednesday. As additional agenda items are finalized, they will be added via hyperlink and all items will be fully available by Noon on the Friday before the Council meetings.
The deadline for the public to submit items to be included in the agenda back-up will continue to be 3:30 p.m. on the Thursday before the meetings.
