[ARCHIVED] Palm Beach Recreation Center Introduces Inner Force Yoga

The Palm Beach Recreation Department is partnering with Sara Beth Force to bring you Inner Force Yoga, a holistic approach to the Hatha tradition which nurtures the entire being. Class will begin with a meditation, followed by traditional yoga poses, ab and arm toning exercises and finishes with floor relaxation exercises.

Sara Beth has been certified in and teaching yoga for over 20 years. She studied at the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts and returned to West Palm Beach to open her own studio. Sara Beth has a natural, soothing style all her own, which is approachable for all levels of fitness.

Yoga will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. on a monthly basis and are scheduled to begin February 6. The resident rate for each class is $76/month and the nonresident rate for each class is $87/month. Drop-ins are welcome, residents $12, nonresidents $14.
