The Town of Palm Beach only allows car carriers to load and off-load vehicles in the south parking lot of Phipps Ocean Park.
If carriers are found blocking lanes of traffic, the vehicle owner and homeowner can receive a Code Enforcement Notice of Violation for violation of the Right of Way, Ord. 106-1 – Class II violation or a Traffic citation for violation of Florida Statutes 316.1945 – Stopping, standing, or parking prohibited in specified places.
Commercial Loading and Unloading/Deliveries are only allowed during the hours of 8:00 am. and 8:00 p.m. (Ord. 42-197) – violations of this ordinance are class II violations, subject to the same fine schedule as above.
