The Palm Beach Police Department wants to remind residents that the Palm Beach Police & Fire Foundation Citizen’s Academy begins in October of 2022. The six-week program takes place once a week on Wednesday in the afternoons October 12 to November 16, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.  

 The Palm Beach Police & Fire Foundation Citizen's Academy provides an opportunity for individuals who live and work in the Town of Palm Beach to become familiar with the day-to-day operations, mission and vision of the Police & Fire-Rescue Departments. Since the instructors are all department staff members, you will have the opportunity to get to know the people who make up the Palm Beach Police & Fire-Rescue teams.

The application deadline is September 12, 2022.

Participation qualifications:     

1.    Must be a resident or business owner in the Town of Palm Beach

2.    Be a current member of Palm Beach Crime Watch Inc.

3.    Participation fee $250.00 payable to The Palm Beach Police & Fire Foundation, Inc.
