The Town of Palm Beach now has an additional vacant seat for one (1) alternate member on the Code Enforcement Board.
We are now seeking to appoint one (1) regular member and one (1) alternate member to the Code Enforcement Board.
The Code Enforcement Board hears cases involving violations of the Town Code and ordinances, and imposes administrative fines and other noncriminal penalties where a pending or repeated violation exists. Members must be registered voters of the Town and are appointed by Town Council on the basis of experience or interest in the fields of zoning and building control.
All citizens interested in pursuing appointment to the Code Enforcement Board must complete the appropriate application for service and submit the same to the Town Clerk’s Office in hard copy or via electronic transmission to townclerk@townofpalmbeach.com by Friday, July 29, at 5:00 p.m. The appointments to the Code Enforcement Board will be on the agenda for consideration and potential action at the Town Council meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
