[ARCHIVED] REGISTRATION FOR COVID-19 VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS NOW OPEN

REGISTRATION FOR COVID-19 VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS NOW OPEN

  • On-line registration is now open for Covid-19 vaccination appointments on a first-come, first-serve basis for Town residents age 65 and older.  Up to 2 members of the same household may be included in the same registration, by selecting 2 for quantity and entering both names and ages.  Please click on the NEW link below to register now. (Do not use registration links from this past week).
  • Approximately 200 COVID-19 appointments are available for Monday, January 11 at the South Fire Station (2185 South Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach).  Please enter through the Phipps Ocean Park South Lot, next to the Tennis Courts, to check-in.  No walk-in appointments are available, so please do not come to a vaccination site without an appointment.
  • Proof of residency will be verified through a government-issued ID with a town address or an official piece of mail with a Town address and a picture ID with a matching name.
  • A link to the registration site is also available on the Town’s home webpage (www.townofpalmbeach.com) under “Spotlight.”
  • Unfortunately, Palm Beach County received a very limited supply of vaccines from the State this week and thus has been unable to provide additional vaccines to the Town at this time.
  • If you are unsuccessful in securing an appointment, we ask for your patience while the Town continues to work on behalf of its residents.  Our goal is to vaccinate as many people as fast as we can, but there is a supply issue.  We know that there is a much higher demand for vaccines than we currently have in supply so will continue to submit requests to the County until every resident who would like to get vaccinated receive the Covid-19 vaccine.
  • Residents unable to secure an appointment from the Town are encouraged to call or email the Palm Beach County Health Department at 561-625-5180 or chd50feedback@flhealth.gov to get on their list for an appointment at a County vaccination site.  You should also check with your doctor to see if they will be providing vaccines.
  • Questions about the Town's vaccination program should be emailed to questions@townofpalmbeach.com.
