The Town of Palm Beach Charter provides that a General Election shall be held on the second Tuesday of each year for the purpose of electing two council members and a Mayor one year and electing three council members in the following year. All offices are for a two year term.
THE 2021 TOWN ELECTION WILL BE HELD ON TUREDAY, MARCH 9, 2021. (IF NECECESSAY, A RUNOFF ELECTION WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2021)
All qualifications and election for the offices of Mayor and Town Council shall be conducted on a nonpartisan basis without regard to the designation of political party affiliation.
The following offices will be up for election in March 9, 2021;
Mayor Incumbent- Gail Coniglio
Council Seat Incumbent- Danielle Moore
(Group 1)
Council Seat Incumbent- Julie Araskog
(Group 1)
The candidates for the office of Mayor or Town Council shall qualify for such offices by:
- Being nominated by an elector of the Town, and seconded by at least two(2) electors, at the Town Caucus to be held on the second Tuesday in January of each year; and
- Being endorsed by a petition signed by at least twenty-five electors, filed with the Town Council not more than 10 day subsequent to each caucus.

All qualified voters of the Town of Palm Beach are entitled to place in nomination such candidates as they desire via zoom at https://zoom.us/j/92174368255 For a nomination to be effective, it must be seconded and all nominations and seconds thereto may be made only by qualified voters of the Town.
