Personal Training 

The Fitness Center, at the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center, offers personal training sessions. Whether this is your first time working with a trainer or you are a seasoned veteran, we will work with you to accomplish the goals you have set. 

Individual Sessions:
30 Minutes: $60
60 Minutes: $100

10 Sessions:
30 Minutes: $550
60 Minutes: $900

20 Sessions:
30 Minutes: $1050
60 Minutes: $1750    


Partner & Small Group Training- NEW

Small Group (3-5 people) Sessions:                                   *60 minutes only: $200                                                          *Held in multipurpose room, fieldhouse, or outdoors.

What's What Lecture Series
Join HealthFitness for the new free, “What’s What” Lecture Series consisting of monthly, 10 minute healthy living presentations held at 3:00pm. Can't make it in person, check it out on Facebook through the Palm Beach Recreation Department page or on Instagram, townofpalmbeachrecreation and don't forget to invite your friends to watch.

Foam Rolling & Mobility with Danny Williams NEW

Using foam rollers and gentle stretching, this class aims to reduce soreness,

relieve muscle tension, and improve mobility. Feel better and move well in this open level class!

Tuesdays 9:30am-10:15am

Abs Blast   

Sculpt defined abdominals while strengthening your deep core muscles. This open-level class will work the mid-section from all angles. 

Tuesdays 10:30am-11:15am with Daniel Williams

Wednesdays 11:00am-11:45am with Loren Kilgore

Total Body Toning with Loren Kilgore- NEW

Using light to moderate-weight dumbbells and body weight, this total body workout

incorporates the principles of basic strength and conditioning movements suitable for all fitness levels.

Balance & Stability with Stephanie Bogdan

This class aims to increase strength and improve balance. Movement is focused on specific exercises to improve posture and reaction time, as well as stability, strength, and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints.

Wednesdays 10:00am-10:45am  

Yoga with Stephanie Bogdan

This is an open-level class focusing on basic foundational yoga postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility and balance. You can expect simplicity of flowing postures and ease of movement/breath connection.

Thursdays 9:30am-10:15am

Core & Stretch with Stephanie Bogdan- NEW

Movements from Pilates and Yoga are fused together to challenge your core strength while promoting flexibility.

Thursdays 10:30am-11:15am

Palm Beach Sweat & Stretch with Stephanie Bogdan NEW

Join us on the last Saturday of every month for an outdoor workout on the lawn. This class is a total body workout which incorporates body-weight movements with various levels of intensity to increase heart rate, promote toning, and improve muscular endurance. Ending with 10 minutes of deep stretching, you'll walk away feeling refreshed and renewed!
