Personal Training
The Fitness Center, at the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center, offers personal training sessions. Whether this is your first time working with a trainer or you are a seasoned veteran, we will work with you to accomplish the goals you have set.

What's What Lecture Series | ||
Join HealthFitness for the new free, “What’s What” Lecture Series consisting of monthly, 10 minute healthy living presentations held at 3:00pm. Can't make it in person, check it out on Facebook through the Palm Beach Recreation Department page or on Instagram, townofpalmbeachrecreation and don't forget to invite your friends to watch.

Try one of our new fitness classes to enhance your workout routine or improve your sports performance. Mix and match classes to create the ultimate workout experience and consider buying a series pass to save. | ||
Balance & Stability with Stephanie Bogdan This class aims to increase strength and improve balance. Movement is focused on specific exercises to improve posture and reaction time, as well as stability, strength, and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints. Wednesdays 10:00am-10:45am | ||
Yoga with Stephanie Bogdan This is an open-level class focusing on basic foundational yoga postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility and balance. You can expect simplicity of flowing postures and ease of movement/breath connection. Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30am-10:15am | ||
