Programs begin the week of March 28 unless noted otherwise.

Resident registration is ongoing.

Nonresident registration begins March 15. Pre-registration is required.

Fees, Dates and Programs are subject to change. Due to social distancing, space will be limited, therefore, pre-registration is required. Face masks will be required for all programs unless you are engaging in a physically active program. Face masks will still be required when entering and exiting the building.

Registration for classes may be made in person, 340 Seaview Avenue, by phone 561-838-5485 or  click the Register Here button (Online registration ends when classes begin. Please call the main office at 561-838-5485 to register). All fees must be paid at the time of registration.

Please fill out and return the Participant Registration Form and COVID-19 Waiver to the instructor or main office prior to the first class.

Spring Parent/Child
These programs are designed to teach children the importance of physical activity, helps babies develop communication, music classgross and fine motor skills and teaches socialization. It's also a great way for parents to get out of the house and connect with others

Soft Play  Rhythm & Hues will have you jumping, climbing and playing the day away!

Mondays 10:00-10:45am: Up to 1 year 

                11:00-11:45am or 12:00-12:45pm ages 12-months -3 years

Fridays    11:00-11:45am: Up to 1 year 

                 12:00-12:45pm, 1:00-1:45 or 2:00-2:45pm: ages 12-months -3 years

Movin’ & Groovin- Rhythm & Hues                                            

Rhythm & Hues will have you singing, dancing and playing with instruments in this fun 45 minute music class.   

Mondays 11:30am– Noon   18 months-3 years

Dance Party USA Join Rhythm and Hues and dance along to your favorite toddler tunes!

Toddler/ Preschool Social 

The class includes reading a book and  completing a small sensory activity to work their fine motor skills while promoting    sharing and taking turns with their peers

Italian with Laura Antonacci     -Virtual

Laura will make learning Italian easy and fun. She conducts class almost entirely in the target language and focuses on development of conversational skills. Students will become acquainted with the culture, music, and food of Italy.

Designed to get you into tip top shape, our exercise classes, taught by certified instructors, are perfect for any fitness level or ability.

Exercise helps control your weight, reduces your risk of heart diseases, helps your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels, improves mental health and mood and helps keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age.

Combines an easy, low impact warm up, light weight work, mat work and stretching.

Foam Rolling & Mobility with Danny Williams 

Using foam rollers and gentle stretching, this class aims to reduce soreness,

relieve muscle tension, and improve mobility. Feel better and move well in this open level class!

Abs Blast 

Sculpt defined abdominals while strengthening your deep core muscles. This open-level class will work the mid-section from all angles.

Total Body Toning with Loren Kilgore

Using light to moderate-weight dumbbells and body weight, this total body workout incorporates the principles of basic strength and conditioning movements suitable for all fitness levels.

Balance & Stability with Stephanie Bogdan
This class aims to increase strength and improve balance. Movement is focused on specific exercises to improve posture and reaction time, as well as stability, strength, and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints.


Yoga with Stephanie Bogdan

This is an open-level class focusing on basic foundational yoga postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility and balance. You can expect simplicity of flowing postures and ease of movement/breath connection.

Core & Stretch with Stephanie Bogdan

Movements from Pilates and Yoga are fused together to challenge your core strength while promoting flexibility.

Palm Beach Sweat & Stretch with Stephanie Bogdan NEW

Join us on the last Saturday of every month for an outdoor workout on the front lawn. This class is a total body workout which incorporates body-weight movements with various levels of intensity to increase heart rate, promote toning, and improve muscular endurance. Ending with 10 minutes of deep stretching, you'll walk away feeling refreshed and renewed!

What's What Lecture Series

Join HealthFitness for the new free, “What’s What” Lecture Series consisting of monthly, 10 minute healthy living presentations held at 3:00pm. Can’t make it in person, check it out on Facebook through the Palm Beach Recreation Department page and don’t forget to invite your friends to watch.

Half-Court Reservations

The Smith Family Fieldhouse is available for half-court reservations. A registration form and COVID-19 Waiver is required of all participants.

You may reserve a half-court for a one or two hour block with a maximum of eight players. Players must bring their own equipment. Payment is due at time of reservation. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, multiple reservations are allowed.
