Registration for classes may be made in person at 340 Seaview Avenue, by calling (561) 838-5485 or by clicking on the "Register Here" button below (Online registration ends when classes begin. Please call the main office at (561) 838-5485 to register). All fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Please fill out and return the Participant Registration Form to the instructor or main office prior to the first class.
These programs are designed to teach children the importance of physical activity, helps babies develop communication, gross and fine motor skills and teaches socialization. It's also a great way for parents to get out of the house and connect with others.

Gold Coast Gymnastics encourages tots to explore their natural physical movement, gain socialization opportunities and develop self-awareness through movement, music and interaction in this parent/child program.

Mommy & Me Palm Beach
Start your morning off with an hour of music, movement, themed crafts, and more for the littlest among us! Does your baby light up or dance when the music is on? If YES, then this program is for your child. Featuring JM for KM! and Zumbini music, babies and toddlers enjoy a creative, high quality program including crafts. By celebrating important values, and developing age-appropriate sounds and vocabulary, your child gains so much in this hour. The instructor is an Alef Preschool master educator who successfully engages each and every participant.

Family Music
Rhythm & Hues will have you singing, danicng and playing with instruments in this fun mucis class.

Ballroom Dance
Dive into the world of dance and elegance with the Mandel Recreation Center's Adult Ballroom Dance Program! Whether you're an absolute beginner or a seasoned dancer, our program welcomes adults of all levels to discover the joy of ballroom dance. Join the Fred Astaire Dance Studios instructors for an enriching experience that combines certified instruction, social connections, and a non-judgmental atmosphere. Explore a variety of ballroom dance styles, including Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha-Cha, and more. Our diverse curriculum keeps classes fresh and exciting.

Mah Jongg for Beginners
Join Gillian Kennedy Wright as she introduces players to the world of Mah Jongg. At the end of this six week program participants will be able to engage in a fluid game.

Mah Jongg Social
Join Gillian Kennedy Wright and your fellow Mah Jongg enthusiasts for a friendly game or two of this popular tile game played American Style with National Mah Jongg League Official Standard Hands and Rules. All skill levels are welcome. Space is limited to 20 players. Please register in advance.

Spanish at the Mandel- NEW!
RAMP Linguistic Society - This fun, engaging and intimate class with Ruthy Muñoz will cultivate your love for the Spanish language and focuses on developing and improving conversational skills through interactive vocabulary building, pronunciation, grammar activities, and cultural experiences

Italian at the Mandel
Laura Antonacci, a native Italian, makes learning Italian easy and fun. Laura conducts class almost entirely in the target language and focuses on development of conversational skills. Students will become acquainted with the culture, music, and food of Italy through web-site material, practical dialogues and Italian song and games.

French at the Mandel
Michele Bradley makes learning French easy and fun. Michele conducts class almost entirely in the target language and focuses on development of conversational skills. Students will become acquainted with the culture, music, and food of France.

Designed to get you into tip top shape, our exercise classes, taught by certified instructors, are perfect for any fitness level or ability.

Mindfulness-Based Stressed Reduction
Mindfulness- Based Stress Reduction is coming to the Mandel Recreation this fall. Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, in 1979, MBSR is a complement to traditional medical and psychological treatments. This educational program is designed and proven to be effective in helping to treat work, family and financial stress and anxiety in addition to many common conditions such as sleep disorders, fatigue, headaches, and high blood pressure. In this intensive training, you’ll learn to access and cultivate your natural capacity to actively engage in caring for yourself. Lead by Shelia Griffin, MPA, NBC-HWC, Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher, RYT-500 hr., and Certified Yoga4 Cancer Teacher, this session includes eight weekly classes culminating in a silent retreat. Participants must pre-register and should plan to bring a yoga mat and any props to support a gentle yoga practice. Chairs will be available for meditation practice. Please bring a meditation cushion if you prefer.

Sound Bath *NEW*
Ready to be in a state of tranquility and relaxation? Rejuvenate your mind and body with Sound Bath sessions at the Mandel Recreation Center. Sound Baths, utilizing, gongs, crystal bowls and Koshi chimes, help you achieve deeper states of relaxation, which can lead to better sleep, reduced stress levels, and improved moods.

The Smith Family Fieldhouse is available for private and semi-private basketball training sessions as well as half-court and Pickleball reservations. Privatetraining sessions will be done through Perseverance Basketball. You must be 13 or older to reserve the fieldhouse. Anyone under the age of 13 must have a parent/guardian present during reservation. To set up your session, please call (561) 410-0556.
Half-court and Pickleball reservations will be done through the Recreation Center at (561) 838-5485.
Payment is due at the time of reservation for all fieldhouse activities. Please see below for more information.

Private Training
1 Hour Training
Residents: $115/session
Nonresidents: $144/session
Semi-Private Training (2-3 participants)
1 Hour Training
Residents: $75/person/session
Nonresidents: $94/person/session
All private training MUST be done through Perseverance Basket. Outside trainers are not permitted as per Town Ordinance: Sec. 78-44-Vending. Code 1982, § 10-247
Half-Court Reservations
You may reserve a half-court for a one or two hour block with a maximum of eight players. Players must bring their own equipment. Payment is due at time of reservation. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, multiple reservations are allowed.
Residents: $22 + tax
Nonresidents: $27 + tax
Pickleball Reservations
You may reserve a pickleball court for a one or two hour block pending availability. Singles or doubles play is allowed. Players must bring their own equipment. Payment is due at time of reservation. Reservations must be made a day in advance to allow for set-up. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, multiple reservations are allowed.
Residents: $25 + tax
Nonresidents: $32 + tax
