Permit Applications
According to Chapter 94, Article II of the Town Code of Ordinances, no person shall hold an auction in the Town of Palm Beach without first obtaining a permit from the Town Clerk. Please review this section prior to submitting your application.

According to Chapter 78, Article III of the Town Code of Ordinances, no person shall solicit contributions in the Town of Palm Beach for any charitable purpose or person without first obtaining a permit from the Town Clerk. Please review this section prior to submitting your application.

According to Chapter 22, Article IV of the Town Code of Ordinances, no person shall film a commercial motion picture on public streets or sidewalks, the public rights-of-way, or other public properties in the Town of Palm Beach without first obtaining a permit from the Town Clerk. Please review this section prior to submitting your application.

According to Chapter 94, Article III of the Town Code of Ordinances, no person shall advertise or conduct a closing out or distress sale in the Town of Palm Beach without first obtaining a permit from the Town Clerk. Please review this section prior to submitting your application.

According to Resolution No. 20-04, no unattended symbols relating to religious holidays may be erected and displayed without first obtaining a permit from the Town Clerk. Bradley Park has been designated as the location for these displays. Please review this resolution prior to submitting your application.

According to Chapter 106, Article VII of the Town Code of Ordinances, no person shall hold a special event in the Town of Palm Beach without first obtaining a permit from the Town Clerk. Please review this section prior to submitting your application.

According to Chapter 10, Article I of the Town Code of Ordinances, no person shall keep, possess, feed or maintain any live animal within the town other than domesticated household pets or domesticated animals. However, permits may be granted for the temporary possession of animals otherwise prohibited under this chapter in connection with either a special event or private event after obtaining a permit from the Town Clerk.
